LOCAL CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING OF MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
On 21th of September there was a competition of cross-country running of middle school students. It took place on the "Mazur" club stadium in Radzymin under the patronage of Krzysztof Chaciński, the Mayor of Radzymin. Students of all the middle schools in Radzymin took part in this competition. Students of 2002 and 2003 age groups started in the races in male and female categories. The 2002 girls came out best. Marcelina Więch, Oliwia Mędrzycka, Iza Giera and Karolina Wojcieszkiewicz (Wojcieszko) qualified to take part in Country Championhip races. Anyway everyone deserved an accolade because the competition took place in very difficult weather conditions. Neither rain nor puddles (big and small) discouraged anyone from competing in the race. Although tired, sweaty and in muddy clothes, we finished our first events with smiles on our faces and in cheerful spirits.
